German poetry book (1815-1816) by Christian Borkholder; ledgers kept by Joseph Strawn (1869) for a Doylestown, Pa., hardware store; minute book (1833-1835) for the Mite Society of the Doylestown Baptist Church; diary of William S. Geil (1884); and an account book (1857-1859) for Geil and Jones relating to Samuel Geil, an engineer, and which include a mathematics exercise book (1848), pocket diaries (1854-1867) with notations, notebooks of thought and calculations relating to map surveys (ca. 1860) which covered various locations in the United States including Michigan, New York, and Pennsylvania, and account books, day books, ledgers of survey jobs, and personal accounts (1857-1894).
